AEG will be providing Local Law 11 Services to NYCHA for Cycle 9 (2020 to 2024). Previously AEG has provided these services as sub-consultant to inspect façades of 132 (Cycle7:105 & Cycle8:27) public housing buildings per the requirement of NYC Local Law 11/98 Cycle (7 & 8). Inspection included NYCHA’s buildings in Manhattan, Staten Island & Brooklyn. 
Scope of Work included: 
      Development of overall schedule of work that included the approximate location of scaffolding drop.
      Reviewed existing documents including DOB Cycle 6 &7 reports, history of repair, and NYCDOB search for violations and any other relevant available documents
Prepared relevant documents for inspection. Façade Inspection including scaffolding drop at appropriate location and documentation of existing condition of exterior walls, window air conditioners and appurtenances of buildings in compliance with the requirements of section 28-302.1 of Administrative code of the city of New York (Local Law 38 of 2007), and amended rule RCNY 103-04 & RCNY 101-14 of the Department of Buildings Cycle 7 filing. The inspection team recorded the existing condition on drawings and prepared a photo log with descriptions.

     Prepared Local Law 11/98 critical examination technical reports in accordance with the NYC Department of Building (DOB) Rules & Regulations & NYCHA’s requirements including ACV Reports. If the condition was UNSAFE or SWARMP, AEG provided Pedestrian Safety Plan with Cost Estimate. AEG finalized the report based on NYCHA’s comments.

AEG provided Façade Assessment; Construction Document to Restore Façades, LL 11/98 Cycle 8 Inspections and Reports of EIGHT Hospital Buildings of New York University Langone Hospitals (NYULH).

AEG undertook visual Façade Inspection and up-close inspection using movable scaffold drops at appropriate location and documentation of existing condition of exterior walls, window air conditioners and appurtenances of buildings in compliance with the requirements of section 28-302.1 of Administrative code of the city of New York (Local Law 38 of 2007), and amended rule RCNY 103-04 & RCNY 101-14 of the Department of Buildings Cycle 8 filing. AEG also did investigative probes at various locations to access underlying conditions. The inspection team recorded the existing condition on drawings and prepared a photo log with descriptions.
     
     AEG prepared Local Law 11/98 critical examination technical reports in accordance with the NYC Department of Building (DOB) Rules & Regulations, using NYULH’s templates. If the condition was UNSAFE or SWARMP, AEG provided cost estimate with quantities and unit costs for the flowing hospital buildings:
